Job Description

The Role involves optimizing business processes to enhance performance and scalability of RPA/DPA and Power Platform applications.

You will work closely with business teams and stakeholders to design and implement automated solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities include identifying new automation possibilities, streamlining processes, and facilitating end-to-end development from requirement gathering to implementation and documentation.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business, or any related field.

Essential requirements include 6+ years of work experience, advanced level in RPA/DPA development (UiPath, Power Platform, etc.), and proficiency in programming languages like C#, PowerShell, or Python.

Additional requirements include hands-on experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and flowcharting, as well as a strong understanding of how RPA can solve real business challenges.

Familiarity with standard web front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, etc.) is also desired, along with experience with JIRA, web-based applications, and tools such as Selenium, Applitools, Browserstack, etc.

Solid understanding of internet technologies, web servers, and web proxy servers is essential, as well as self-motivation and ability to remain focused on assigned projects.

Desire to learn, accept new challenges, and have fun is also necessary for success in this role.
