As a member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering the key functions of our exam processing cycle and providing a positive and professional service to customers.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing a range of tasks related to exams processing, including completing work to a high standard and meeting deadlines
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supervising temporary staff during peak processing periods and supporting other administrators within the department
  • Reporting any processing failures, or exceptions not covered by the working instructions, in a timely manner so that the appropriate course of action may be agreed

You Will Need:

  • A strong background in administration, with experience of working in a busy and complex office environment
  • Strong technical skills, including experience of working with complex systems and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
