About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Network Engineer to join our team at Home Credit Philippines. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing computer and information networks, including LAN, WAN, intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud network infrastructure, Azure networking components, proxy server implementation, and network monitoring tools. Experience in ITIL v3/v4 Service Management Framework and certifications such as Check Point firewall administration and F5 load balancer administration are also desirable.

In this role, you will work closely with our IT teams, including IT Architects, IT Security, IT Cloud Administrators, IT DevOps, End User Support, and Technical Support Teams. You will also collaborate with 3rd parties, such as system integrators and technology suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
  • Closely working with the group IT teams and providing necessary assistance.
  • Cooperation with 3rd parties (system integrators, technology suppliers, etc.).
