Job Description:

As a Senior Civil Engineer in our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on site. This includes conducting site supervision of rank and file workers involved in tasks such as concrete demolition, excavation, formwork, rebar installation, and concrete placement.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducts site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Prepares and submits detailed reports on construction progress, including any incidents or issues that may have arisen.
  • Collaborates with the client and technical team to address any changes or revisions to the project scope.
  • Maintains accurate records of daily work schedules, time spent on-site, and materials used.
  • Coordinates with the project design team to ensure that all construction drawings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reviews and verifies calculations for formworks, rebar, and concrete requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and construction software tools.
