AI Engineering Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Fullstack AI Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft tools and ecosystem, as well as hands-on experience designing and implementing AI and automation solutions.

About the Role
  • Project Support & Coordination: Eliminate redundancy by designing AI-driven processes that replace manual back-and-forth with automated, integrated workflows.
  • Microsoft System Integration & Maintenance: Learn and document current workflows across the organization to identify inefficiencies, set up API integrations between Microsoft products, transcription tools, and project management systems.
  • Voice-to-Form Data Capture Automation: Implement wearable or mobile AI tools to capture key conversations in the field, auto-upload recordings to OneDrive for central storage, and transcribe conversations and extract key points.
  • Communication Management: Monitor and triage team chats, Slack threads, and emails, pull and filter information from emails, Microsoft Teams, and text messages/iMessage, and develop keyword- or tag-based triggers to flag urgent or important communications.
  • Data Dashboards & Reporting: Develop dashboards to surface project metrics, trends, and progress, automate weekly recap reports highlighting accomplishments and upcoming priorities, and provide snapshot overviews for quick leadership insights.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-driven processes to eliminate redundancy and improve efficiency.
  • Set up API integrations between Microsoft products, transcription tools, and project management systems.
  • Implement wearable or mobile AI tools to capture key conversations in the field.
  • Develop dashboards to surface project metrics, trends, and progress.
  • Automate weekly recap reports highlighting accomplishments and upcoming priorities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI and automation solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools and ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.
  • Experience with CRM workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, and similar tools.

Key Skills: Microsoft tools and ecosystem, AI and automation solutions, API integrations, data mapping, CRM workflow automation.

Bonus Points: Experience with wearable or mobile AI tools, expertise in voice-to-form data capture automation.
