Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Operations to oversee our internal operations, ensuring efficiency and growth across all our brands. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities

• Operational Efficiency
  Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability using AI and automation tools.
• Technology Implementation
  Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI and automation technologies to streamline processes and workflows.
• Team Management
  Oversee and manage employee performance to align with the agency's goals and standards.
• Hiring and Onboarding
  Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to attract and retain top talent.
• Process Improvement
  Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes with AI-driven solutions.
• Budget Management
  Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Performance Monitoring
  Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Training and Development
  Implement training programs focused on enhancing skills, performance, and technology use.
• Compliance and Standards
  Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality and ethics.
• Collaboration
  Work with brand managers and cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives and promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in operations management, ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing, with experience managing remote teams being highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, focusing on driving efficiency and performance.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, project management, and financial management.
• Skilled in using AI and automation tools to improve operations; familiarity with platforms like Zapier, UiPath, or similar is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on making data-driven decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to team members and senior management.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
