Targeted Media Specialist

The role of Targeted Media Specialist is pivotal in driving successful media delivery for accounts with medium to high complexity. This specialist will oversee the implementation and optimization of media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure campaigns on the respective platforms by setting up budgets, targets, creatives, and run dates
  • Validate campaign budgets against allocated resources
  • Install and configure tracking pixels to monitor events and create remarketing audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event configuration
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance insights to elevate results: identify new target audiences, refine objective-based strategies, adjust ad formats, etc.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Deliver outstanding media performance for assigned accounts
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of campaign metrics and insights
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and technology (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Intermediate knowledge of collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and/or talent attraction
  • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation
