
Digital Campaign Specialist

As a key team member, you will oversee client campaigns from start to finish. You'll leverage expertise in demand-side platforms (DSPs) and supply-side platforms (SSPs) to execute successful campaign launches, ensure scalability, and drive outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Deal Setup & Audience Build:
- Create targeted audience segments based on client specifications.
- Automatically generate deal IDs for seamless execution.
- Curate inventory packages aligned with target segments.
- Technical Configuration & QA
- Implement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs for smooth operations.
- Conduct thorough campaign quality assurance and secure internal sign-off.
- Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting (SSP/DSP):
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds.
- Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor setup errors.
- Troubleshoot issues across multiple DSPs and SSPs.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor live campaign metrics and produce regular reports.
- Adjust bids, caps, and inventory to optimize performance and maximize returns.
- Margin Management
- Track campaign margins and propose optimizations to protect profitability.
- Client Support & Escalations
- Provide timely technical support and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and document new techniques.
- Share best practices and train colleagues to enhance overall performance.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading.
- Deep expertise with DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (e.g., OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange).
- Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and quality assurance processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across the ecosystem.
- Commercial acumen for balancing performance and margin.
- Excellent communication skills for technical translation.
