We are looking for a skilled Monitoring and Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance with document deficiencies and un-submitted collaterals/securities for Home, CTS, and SBL accounts.

The role involves:

  • Working closely with Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) to ensure timely delivery of commitments to internal and external clients.
  • Monitoring Deed of Undertaking (DOU) document deficiencies from Developer/HOME loan accounts.
  • Validating daily booked Home loan, Contract to Sell, and SBL accounts with un-submitted collateral documents.
  • Verifying records in the Collateral Management System (GDS) by updating the status of loan documents for proper handling.
  • Preparing reports on un-submitted titles and matured/ expired DOUs of Developers.
