Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be accountable for generating real-time reports and analyzing trends in key performance metrics.
  • Daily to weekly and monthly to yearly KPI reports must be created and maintained.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of data for assigned divisions is crucial.
  • Collaboration with leadership is essential for success.
  • Duplicate records must be consistently reviewed and corrected.
  • Data sources must be utilized to update incorrect or incomplete data points.
  • Standard QC reports must be generated to identify and correct data issues.
  • Processes for data collection, cleanup, maintenance, analysis, and validation must be implemented organization-wide.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel are necessary.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • An inquisitive and analytical approach to data analysis is required.
  • The ability to organize and strategize is vital.
  • The capacity to take initiative and communicate proactively is necessary.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment is beneficial.

General Requirements:

  • A good command of the English language is necessary.
  • The candidate must be at least 18 years old.
  • A headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcam is required.

Device Specifications:

  • A minimum Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, or i7, or AMD equivalent processor is required.
  • Either Windows or Mac operating systems are acceptable.
  • A minimum of 8GB of RAM and 60 GB of free hard disk space are necessary.

Network Requirements:

  • A stable 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber internet connection is required. USB sticks, signal-based, and wireless connections are not allowed.
