We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Accounting professional. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing the workload of other accountants while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in Australian accounting and possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. They should also have intermediate to advanced Xero software skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a mid-senior level professional, you will be expected to lead a small team and review work from other staff members. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workspace and adhering to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be organized, able to meet deadlines, and have a strong ability to lead and motivate others.
