Job Title: Email Solutions Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking an expert in email solutions to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients using leading platforms for email marketing, transactional messaging, and deliverability optimization.

This is a multi-functional role that seeks candidates looking for a fast-paced environment, meaningful responsibilities, and an ability to contribute to the team. You will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including product and development teams, to improve platform features and address client feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and optimize email campaigns: Using our platform, you will create and manage visual email automation workflows to enhance user adoption and success.
  • Email Deliverability Best Practices: Provide guidance on sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management to ensure high-quality email delivery.
  • Troubleshoot Email-Related Issues: Collaborate with customers to resolve email-related problems and educate them on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with customer support, product, and development teams to drive business outcomes and improve the overall customer experience.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
