Job DescriptionThe AP Process Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in accounts payable. This includes analyzing and resolving issues related to incorrect invoicing and supplier data, as well as providing monthly and on-request analyses and reports to the AP Team Lead/Supervisor and internal customers.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an accounts payable process and a good understanding of the Purchase to Pay processes. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in accounts payable.
- Analyze and resolve AP-related issues, including incorrect invoicing and supplier data.
- Provide monthly and on-request analyses and reports to the AP Team Lead/Supervisor and internal customers.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal customers.
- Previous experience in an accounts payable process.
- Good understanding of the Purchase to Pay processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
