Job Description

At Seven Seven Global Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Operational Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations and Process Excellence: Lead initiatives focused on process optimization and operational excellence to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall performance. Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with senior leadership and various departments to implement best practices, standardize processes, and develop scalable solutions.

• Project Management: Oversee and manage organizational transformation projects aimed at driving significant improvements in operational efficiency, technology adoption, and business processes. Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and expectations are set and met. Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage resources, allocate tasks, and monitor the progress of each project, identifying and addressing potential risks or challenges.

• Reporting & Performance Management: Design, implement, and maintain a reporting framework to track operational performance and transformation project success metrics. Create dashboards and regular reports that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing projects and operational excellence efforts. Analyze operational data to assess the impact of process improvements, project progress, and overall performance, presenting findings to senior management. Develop actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing business performance and decision-making. Support the organization's goal-setting process by providing data-driven recommendations based on performance trends.

• Strategic Oversight: Align operational excellence and transformation initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Work closely with other departments to ensure process improvements and transformations are integrated into the overall business strategy. Promote a culture of innovation, efficiency, and process-driven success across the organization. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and improve operational approaches.
