About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage accounts payable and general ledger. This includes communicating and coordinating internally with colleagues in various departments and externally with suppliers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with vendors and processing Vendor Bills
  • Preparing BIR requirements such as BIR 2307, VAT & withholding Tax on Compensation, etc.
  • Liaising with banks and third-party auditing firms for business needs
  • Creating and validating Vendor requirements before posting to Netsuite

For General Ledger tasks, you will be responsible for: preparation and posting of journal entries, processing month-end entries, accruals, prepayments, amortization, and other adjustments.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Financial Management, preferably with a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA). A minimum of 2-3 years of Accounts Payable and General Ledger processing background is required.
