Key Role: Building Data Research

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team in generating visually impressive brochures for U.S. properties.

This role involves collecting data online, using tools like Google, Google Maps, and AI-powered platforms to research buildings, their specifications, and location details.

  • Independently gather relevant public information to create accurate estimates of energy savings based on internal criteria.
  • Design and produce clean, professional brochures including building specs, property visuals, energy savings summaries, and key technical and geographic information.
  • Extract essential data from blueprints, takeoffs, and technical drawings when available.

The ideal candidate will have experience in brochure design, property research, construction documentation, or similar fields and be proficient in using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or other layout tools.

A strong portfolio showcasing past work in real estate brochures, technical or marketing collateral is required.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or other layout tools.
  • Strong online research skills using public records, mapping tools, and property databases.
  • Working knowledge of reading blueprints and construction documents (or willingness to learn).
  • Eye for design, layout consistency, and detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setup.
