Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Lead Frontend Developer to lead and drive the development of our software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, overseeing code implementation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, proficiency in English written and oral skills, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, they should have experience with modern web development using Next.js and component libraries, as well as a desire to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and directing technical teams in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging.
  • Providing technical feasibility and time estimations for tasks.
  • Ensuring correct code implementation with quality, stability, and readability in mind.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues to improve their technical skills.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver effective software applications.

What You'll Bring:
