Senior Learning Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in learning analytics, data analysis, and business intelligence reporting.
The Senior Learning Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and distributing L&D metrics reporting and visualization, leveraging business intelligence reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
The role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex problems and design solutions. Experience with learning management platforms, digital learning platforms, and talent analytics tools is also required.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a wide range of learning innovations, partnering with business leaders and technology teams to improve business processes and gather insights from learning utilization and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and distribute L&D metrics reporting and visualization
- Analyze and interpret customer needs and requirements
- Manage learner groups or analysis, and assignment of Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety (EOHS) regulatory training
- Solve moderately complex problems and conduct analyses
- Validate usability of technical solutions prior to deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or related field
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, including working with internal business partners and technology leads
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI business intelligence reporting and Smartsheet
- Proficiency with Access databases
- Proficiency in learning management platforms (e.g., EdCast, Oracle Learning Cloud)
- Advanced degree in learning and development, learning design, or adult learning
- Experience with SQL
- Experience working in the operations of learning and development in healthcare industry and environmental, occupational health, and safety
