Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administration of security platforms, including firewalls, ASAV, APT, SIEM, VPN, and more.
  2. Incident response and closure within agreed SLAs, providing progress reports to customers and stakeholders.
  3. L2 support for policy and information security requests, as well as L2 troubleshooting on telco and enterprise-grade firewalls and security devices.
  4. Documentation of policies and procedures, development of processes for basic security platform monitoring, and project leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 4-6 years of experience in Telecom or IT.
  • Training in Information Security, ITSM, Project Management, Business Process Administration, and Quality.
  • Certification/License: Preferably CCSA/CCSE, CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, RHCT/RHCE, CEH, CISA/CISM/CISSP.
