Senior .NET Software Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Software Architect to join our team at Risewave Consulting Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams to deliver software products that meet the needs of our global client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using .NET/C# (.NET framework or .NET core), SQL Server, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, product owners, quality assurance, and analysts, to ensure alignment and delivery of software products.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and best practices within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools, and provide recommendations for their adoption within the company.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of software design principles, such as SOLID, DI/IoC, and Continuous Integration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in software development using Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience working with the full Microsoft technology stack, including .NET/C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
  • Strong knowledge of Object Relation Mapping (ORM) concepts, such as Entity Framework or NHibernate.
  • Experience with front-end technologies, including Single Page Applications (SPA), Angular, Bootstrap, and Typescript.
  • Familiarity with internationalization and localization for global markets.
  • Knowledge of Azure development, including Azure cloud computing (Azure VM, Kubernetes, SQL Azure, Batch, etc.) is a plus.
