Marketing Automation Strategist

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our marketing automation initiatives, driving growth and efficiency across the organization. This role will develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns using automation technology.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies.
- Create and manage Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
- Elevate integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for seamless marketing operations.
- Analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver impactful communications.
- Maintain high-quality databases, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging tools, and innovative methodologies in marketing automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Eloqua (certification preferred). Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
- Proficiency in campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset with exceptional communication skills.
