Job Opportunity:
Customer Service SpecialistAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient case management.
- Support end-to-end claims coordination including lodging claims, gathering evidence, and following up on progress.
- Coordinate with repairers, tow truck operators, and assessors to manage the repair process.
- Update customers throughout the claims process and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong background in customer service or claims support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active cases.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
