The Bookkeeping Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This includes updating and preparing accounts receivable and payable books, as well as assisting in the preparation of internal reports.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Update and prepare accounts receivable and payable books to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Monitor and reconcile transactions to ensure accurate recording and eliminate discrepancies.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Prepare billing and collection reports, including monitoring and updating billing and collection activities.
  • Follow up with customers and dealers on outstanding balances and collections.
  • Prepare statements of accounts and sales invoices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance departments.
  • Proven track record of achieving accounting targets and timely report generation.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge and skills in the use of Accounting Software.
  • Detail-oriented in Accounting.
  • Language: English, Filipino, Chinese (Mandarin and Hokkien are a plus).
