Implementation Specialist Role

This is a role that involves supporting the implementation of Real Estate Accounting and Recruiting tools. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for guiding brokerages through setup and onboarding, ensuring their commission splits, recruiting integrations, and back-office processes are configured and running smoothly.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a background in accounting or real estate back-office operations. They will lead client onboarding sessions via camera-on Zoom calls, configure and train clients on agent commissions & split structures, recruiting tool integrations, automation and reporting features, and troubleshoot issues when necessary.

Training for this role includes documentation reviews, shadow calls, and learning the functionality of the Backoffice Accounting tool. The Implementation Specialist will begin shadowing calls with clients after 45-60 days and then move into independent implementation and training sessions.

Key qualifications for this role include: Accounting experience, QuickBooks training, and/or a background in real estate accounting. The ideal candidate will also have strong client-facing communication skills, the ability to explain technical and accounting processes in clear terms, and comfort with multi-step implementations and long-term client cadences.
