Araneta City (ACI, Inc.) seeks a highly skilled Sommelier to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining an extensive and competitive wine list that complements our global cuisine offerings.

• We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience as a Sommelier or similar role in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or resort.
• The ideal candidate will have an extensive understanding of various wines, their regions, and production methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will need to engage and educate guests and staff about wine selections.

1. Develop and maintain an extensive and competitive wine list that complements our global cuisine offerings.
2. Recommend wines to guests based on their personal tastes, meal choices, and value for their money.
3. Educate and train restaurant staff on wine offerings, proper service techniques, and food-wine pairings.
4. Oversee wine inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions and adequate stock levels.
5. Work closely with chefs to create harmonious food and wine pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.
