Job Description:
  • The Tax Associate will be responsible for preparing accurate tax returns and providing tax-related services to our clients.
  • This full-time, office-based role will involve working as part of a highly skilled team to ensure our clients' tax obligations are efficiently met.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare timely tax returns and ensure proper tax compliance requirements are met.
  2. Proactively communicate with other departments for financial data and necessary information needed to complete tax filing and reporting.
  3. Assist on tax assessments, local and national tax, and ensure audit readiness of all tax-related filings and documentation.
  4. File properly all documentation of BIR Certificate of Registrations, tax returns, and filing reference, receipts of tax payments, etc.
  5. Ensure proper filing of documents related to tax filing and compliance.
  6. Submit required reports on time and ensure they are accurate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any Accounting related courses.
  • At least One (1) year of relevant work experience in handling taxation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
