Your Key Responsibilities
  • Select from various assignments aligning with your preferences and profile, ensuring you work on projects that interest you.
  • Evaluate luxury stores or experience online, gathering comprehensive data on customer experiences, ambiance, sales associates, after-sales services, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assess the quality of service provided by sales associates, including their knowledge, courtesy, responsiveness, communication skills, and professionalism.
  • Deliver unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
