  • Monitor and manage an in-house ticketing system, ensuring issues are tracked, communicated, and resolved efficiently.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, and Operations) to troubleshoot and resolve system challenges.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and collaborate on long-term fixes.
  • Document processes, testing strategies, and solutions to enhance internal knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to Agile development cycles by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Analyze system performance and suggest improvements for stability and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in QA and system support roles.
  • Experience with in-house or custom ticketing systems for issue tracking.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration and support.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
