Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage one major project or multiple minor projects.
  2. Develop and implement processes to ensure project plans meet business requirements efficiently and effectively.
  3. Lead and manage project teams, define roles and responsibilities, set performance objectives and standards, and provide coaching and training as needed.
  4. Maintain effective communication among stakeholders, including vendors and third-party partners.
  5. Identify and resolve project issues at the appropriate level, keeping the project team informed of the overall project status.
  6. Collaborate with business users to assess feasibility and establish time and effort for business requirements.
  7. Conduct project reviews with the team to ensure quality systems are developed and maintained through established techniques and adherence to process standards and MLPP compliance laws.
  8. Ensure production systems operate effectively by allocating resources to handle production problems and ad-hoc requirements.
  9. Maintain and sustain technical and business expertise on assigned business domains and associated technologies.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ensure applied technologies are current.
Requirements:
  1. At least a 4-year graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an IT-related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in application systems design, analysis, development, and maintenance work involving mainframe, midrange, microcomputer systems.
  3. Relevant exposure to banking operations is preferred.
  4. Ability to develop and manage business and technical processes to deliver project requirements.
  5. Experience in handling project resources to meet project objectives.
  6. Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
  7. Experience in Cloud-based Platforms.
