EnablesGROUP, a leading provider of distributed renewable energy solutions, is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and engineering of projects from conception to completion, including the development of technical specifications, engineering drawings, and documentation.

A strong understanding of solar PV/BESS system design, including system sizing, string sizing, technology selection, and energy storage integration, is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and oversee the design and engineering of projects from conception to completion.
  2. Develop technical specifications, engineering drawings, and documentation.
  3. Conduct detailed feasibility studies and site assessments to determine the viability of renewable projects.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV/BESS system design, including system sizing, string sizing, technology selection, and energy storage integration.
  • Proficiency in industry software tools, such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and PVSyst.
  • Solid understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations related to solar PV/BESS systems.
