Digital Acquisition Lead

We're looking for a Digital Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for managing and leading a team of managers responsible for ensuring acquisition metrics are delivered by growing and/or developing key acquisition channels.

  • Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies across various channels, including but not limited to digital media and performance marketing (user acquisition and remarketing), partner co-executions, and affiliate marketing.
  • Incubate new channels and scale those that have been proven to work while managing cost efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: College Degree
  • Years of Work Experience: 7+ years
  • Work Background / Experience: Brand/Marketing/Consulting with experience leading a team with different focuses
  • Level of Knowledge: High Business Acumen, Sharp Data-drivenness and Creativity, Functional Expertise in Digital/Performance Marketing and Offline
  • Skills and Functional Competencies: Proficiency in Word/Excel/Ppt or similar, Business Math Proficiency, PnL Management, Analytics & Insighting Experience
