Job Title: Plastic Injection Machine Specialist

At James Polymers Manufacturing Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Machine Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled machine technician with a strong background in plastic injection molding. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery, as well as implementing quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing plastic injection machines and molds
  • Implementing ISO 6's implementation and ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities
  • Collaborating with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a machine technician in a plastic injection molding industry
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and diagnosis of machine and mold issues
  • Experience with ISO Implementation and 6's implementation for work areas
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in reports and documentation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary Estimate: PHP 45,000 - 60,000 per month depending on experience
