This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Corporate Finance Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring timely payment processing. If you possess strong organizational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, we encourage you to apply.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial operations including updating accounting records, preparing bills and invoices, and posting customer payments
  • Maintain accurate accounting records such as Cash Receipts Book (CRB) schedule
  • Reconcile the cash receipt book to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Check any discrepancies by reconciling bills, sales receipts and bank deposit records
  • Handle and resolve billing from unit owners and tenants concerns by examining customer payment, payment history and coordinating with the collection/payment department
  • Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports detailing paid and unpaid accounts
  • Follow house rules set regarding payment application and interest computation
  • Coordinate with Superior for instructions and submission of required reports
  • Perform other related responsibilities as required or assigned
