Job Summary:
As a Senior HR Generalist at Gratitude Philippines, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing expert guidance and support on policies, procedures, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Handle employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner
Requirements:
• Exposed to different facets of HR, including payroll and employee engagement, with extensive experience in leadership training
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels
