We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Encoding Clerk to join our team in Makati. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for encoding patient records, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with the team for seamless data management.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Docs, is also essential. Preferably, the candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in data encoding or a related field.

Job Duties:
  • Encode patient records, prescriptions, and receipts with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the patient database
  • Identify and flag outliers or potential data issues for review
  • Collaborate with the team for seamless data management
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Google Docs
