Enterprise Data Architect

Design and implement scalable data architectures, overseeing the development and maintenance of complex data pipelines and ETL processes.

Job Description:

  • Develop enterprise-level data solutions to optimize data storage and retrieval for analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical architecture solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related technical issues.
  • Mentor junior colleagues while providing opportunities for technical growth and development.
  • Make informed decisions regarding data system design, architecture, and optimization strategies.
  • Cross-team collaboration with various teams across the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, backend data systems development, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ETL tools such as AWS Glue and Azure Data Factory.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in data modeling tools & design.
  • Proven expertise in data engineering tools and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
  • Ability to build data solutions at the enterprise scale.
