Job Title: BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
  • Determine and resolve clashes using Navisworks and produce clash reports.
  • Develop high-quality BIM models with precise parameters and attributes.
  • Maintain good quality output on BIM deliverables.
  • Upgrade current BIM model LOD 300 from 350 to 500.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Bachelor in Science in Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Diploma in BIM Modeling with specialization in Mechanical and Electrical.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit (preferably in MEP), AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other BIM software.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in 3D / BIM Modelling (Family Creation and System Layout) in Mechanical and Electrical.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledgeable on the fundamentals of MEPF systems, methods, and processes.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
