Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to lead our engineering teams and drive technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate in fast-paced environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and coach engineering teams while guiding technical direction.
  • Drive architectural decisions, software design, and technical implementation alongside engineers.
  • Manage multiple teams using current tools and improve agile practices.
  • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5–7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2–3 years in technical leadership or management roles.
  • Strong engineering background – proven track record in designing, developing, deploying, and scaling end-to-end software solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
