Job Title: Creative Caption Lead

Job Description:

As a seasoned caption writer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Engaging Captions

• Craft captions that are both persuasive and engaging, utilizing language that drives subscriptions, interactions, and fan loyalty.

• Ensure each caption reflects the unique voice and brand of the assigned model.

2. Develop Model Voice Profiles

• Collaborate with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model.

• Train team members on adapting to specific voices and maintaining consistency.

3. Maintain Captioning Systems & Workflows

• Establish SOPs for caption creation, review, and scheduling.

• Collaborate with QA to ensure all captions meet quality and brand standards.

• Monitor workflows and adjust processes for efficiency and scale.

4. Content Calendar & Coordination

• Align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions.

• Anticipate high-traffic content periods and prepare ahead.

5. Stay Trend-Savvy & Performance-Driven

• Track trends in pop culture, slang, and content language.

• Keep captions fresh, timely, and platform-relevant.

• Collaborate with analytics teams to assess and improve content performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential. Experience adapting tone across multiple personas or brands is also crucial. Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Zoom, and WhatsApp is required. Familiarity with using analytics to inform content strategy is also important.
