**Job Summary:**

J&T Express Philippines is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to manage and oversee the company's receivables.

This role is responsible for invoicing clients, ensuring timely collections, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing collections.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients and business partners.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices through calls and official notices.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
  • Record and apply payments received to the appropriate accounts.
  • Maintain an updated record of receivables and generate reports for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, and Operations) to address payment-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

**Professional Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

**Education and Experience:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting or similar field preferred.
  • Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
