Job Title: Strategic Financial Planner

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Planner to lead our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis to support corporate strategic initiatives, overseeing cash flow management, financial risk assessment, and investment strategies.

Key responsibilities include ensuring strict compliance with international financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies. You will develop and refine financial models, reports, and KPIs for senior management, spearhead internal and external audits, and provide expert-level financial recommendations to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, risk management, or investment analysis.

Required skills and qualifications include strong knowledge of financial principles, risk modeling, and global compliance regulations. Advanced proficiency in financial software and data analytics tools is required, as well as excellent English communication skills, analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and technical requirements such as USB Headset and Main Computer.

This is a remote job with US work hours (20-40 hours per week), offering benefits like Health Insurance, Performance Incentives, Job Security, Paid Training, and Upskilling Opportunities. The salary range is ₱43,000 - ₱55,000 a month.
