  • Your Role:
  • As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining backend systems that power our real-time, privacy-first analytics platform.
  • You will architect and maintain scalable codebases using Python and Django REST Framework.
  • The key responsibilities include integrating frontend components with backend logic, building clean and reusable code, optimizing applications for speed and performance, implementing security best practices, and designing data storage systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced backend developer who possesses technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to thrive in our remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience working with Python in production environments, strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization, and deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Architecture and system design.

We value proactive, self-organizing individuals who are comfortable working in Linux server environments, familiar with CI/CD pipelines, and proficient in Git and collaborative version control workflows.
