Job Overview

A highly skilled Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience in print and digital design is required to create engaging marketing materials, edit and retouch photos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design a wide range of marketing materials, including direct mail, print registries, magazine spreads, plaques, brochures, digital articles, and digital billboards.
  • Edit and retouch photos to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with project requirements.
  • Research industry trends to bring innovative ideas to projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and production teams to deliver projects within tight deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain organized image libraries and ensure proper management of project files and assets.
  • Prepare production-ready files and mechanicals for print and digital output.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in print and digital design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong production expertise, including file preparation, layout design, and prepress best practices.
  • Advanced photo editing and retouching capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals - typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as organizational skills.
  • A portfolio that showcases strong design and production proficiency.
