As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise on cloud infrastructure projects. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills to guide junior team members in their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural design sessions to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements.
  • Coach peers in implementation to foster collective growth and development.
  • Manage client expectations and cultivate a collaborative team culture.
Technical Requirements
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior team members.
  • Serve as a coach in a player-coach model to support the upskilling of team members.
  • Help foster relationships between cloud infrastructure teams.
Delivery Support
  • Function as technical delivery oversight with strong consultative skills on multiple client engagements.
  • Partner with Delivery Excellence to ensure project milestones align with a project plan.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and their impact on existing offerings.
  • Hold the AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification.
Business Development Leadership
  • Gain exposure to other cloud infrastructure solutions to position in existing infrastructure engagements.
  • Identify new Cloud Infrastructure & Security solution opportunities.
  • Lead and guide the infrastructure offerings committees.
Leverage Factors for Growth
  • Reach trusted advisor status within multiple accounts.
  • Lead and guide multiple engagements to enable infrastructure team scaling.
  • Create reusable artifacts and content for teammates.
