Job Title: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including reviews and analysis.
  • Ensure timely filing and submission of regulatory reports and compliances with SEC, BIR, PEZA, LGU, and other government bodies.
  • Coordinate with auditors on quarterly audit reviews and annual local audit.
  • Plan, lead, organize, and control financial-related activities.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts as needed.
  • Report and coordinate with parent company's higher management on finance-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting and related fields, preferably in BPO industries.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS as required by SEC, BIR, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all regulatory compliances (BIR, SEC, PEZA, LGU, etc.).
  • Critical thinking skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and team player.
