Job Description

This role involves working closely with deployment leads, business stakeholders, and IT teams to provide effective solutions that align with business requirements. You'll be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining business applications, including GWS, M365, and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deploy and Configure Business Applications: Assist in the deployment and configuration of business applications, including GWS, M365, and Zoom. Ensure that all installations are carried out according to the project plan and meet the specific requirements of the business.
  2. Perform Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing to ensure that applications are functioning correctly and are fully integrated with existing systems. Validate compatibility, usability, and security before application go-live.
  3. User Support and Training Assistance: Provide expert support to end users during deployment and assist in delivering training sessions or guides to help users understand application features and functionality.
  4. Maintain and Update Documentation: Create and maintain deployment documentation, including configuration details, user guides, and FAQs. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to users and the IT support team.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in deploying and supporting business applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Zoom.
  • Experience with SaaS applications and IT support is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in business applications are preferred.
