Main Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions within established guidelines.
  2. Meet daily deliverables by preparing and submitting checklists to the next level.

  4. Analyze trends in daily deliverables (SLA/KRA) and collaborate with supervisors to enhance processes/procedures knowledge.
  5. Identify and resolve problems within established guidelines.
  6. Use initiative to resolve complex problems, referring more complex issues to supervisors/experts when necessary.
  7. Work effectively as a team member but also independently.
  8. Become proficient in all areas of the job.
  9. Create and run formal reports, generating function-specific reports.
  10. Follow incident/regulatory breach (operational risks) arising from processes reporting procedure with rigor.
Required Skills:
  1. Good oral and written communication skills.
  2. Basic Functional/Industry Knowledge is preferred.
  3. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Working knowledge on MS-Excel.
Experience:
A College or University degree with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
