Project Director

At Jollibee Foods Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the performance of assigned major capital expenditure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all design, engineering, and construction efforts are controlled in all aspects of quality, schedule, and budget.

• Develop and implement project strategies and measures to deliver major projects on time, within budget, and with the right quality.
• Collaborate with department heads and critical partners to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and performance control standards.
• Regularly report project status to the Project Control Group.
• Initiate, evaluate, and analyze project deviations, and make recommendations for addressing them.
• Prepare, review, and approve contract proposals for the project.
• Manage project construction through the construction manager or contractor's key personnel.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations related to the project.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer with at least ten (10) years of managerial experience in project management and plant engineering in a food manufacturing industry.
• Excellent expertise in civil and structural design, project management, and plant safety.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Project Management Software preferred.
• Willingness to do field work and site visitations.
• Amenability to working onsite at Canlubang, Laguna.
