This position plays a vital part in ensuring customers derive optimal value from our products and services.
We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering real-time support through tickets and calls, guaranteeing prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone with empathy and clarity.
- Addressing a diverse range of inquiries, encompassing hardware setup, software functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of technical support experience.
- Prior experience in remote hardware and software troubleshooting is mandatory.
- Exceptional English language written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
