About the Role
  • Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of creative projects, primarily focused on video content.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience managing creative teams in a marketing or eCommerce environment. Proficiency in ClickUp is crucial, and knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion is beneficial.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project requirements clearly.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality results.
